Thales will be present at the 81st China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) trade show, taking place from the 14th-17th May at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China. At booth 2F20, we will present our X-Ray dynamic range that is extending with the best high-end detector of the market for vascular and fixed rooms and two cost-effective detectors for interventional radiology.

The new Pixium® 3040 is a high-end flat panel detector specifically designed for 3D interventional radiology (vascular, oncology, neuroradiology) as well as CBCT (Cone Beam Computerized Tomography) machines. Benefiting from a top of the range Trixell scintillator, its size has been perfectly designed for 3D applications with large image coverage while ensuring its easy integration into systems.

We will also launch our new Pixium Efficiency range, which includes two brand-new detectors for interventional radiology – the Pixium 2121 and Pixium 3030. In this way, Thales fully supports the transition from conventional systems to flat panels for all mobile C-arm systems. Their completely new design matches budgetary requirements while the universal software based platform, PixDyn, ensures cost effective and quick integration into systems.
