I’m Mike Malinoski, I am one of the Talent Acquisition Partners here at Thales and based in Maryland. I recruit for our Cloud Protection & Licensing (CPL) and Banking Payments & Service (BPS) business’ and hire for a variety of different locations including North Kingstown, RI, Atlanta, GA, Austin, TX and Ottawa, ON Canada.
I am passionate about helping people find their perfect job and bringing the best talent into the organization. When I’m not working I volunteer for the Maryland Special Olympics where I coach basketball and help out with fundraising.
I also love sports and am a massive New England fan so you can be sure that I’ll always be cheering on the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins! I’m also proud to be an Army veteran and feel very fortunate to have travelled the world during my 21 years of service. I’m looking forward to helping you start your Early Careers journey with Thales!
