Paris Air Show

16-22 June 2025
Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Centre -
Paris, France

The Paris Air Show is the largest event in the industry, bringing together players from around the world to showcase the technological innovations that will define the future of aerospace. Thales will be one of the major exhibitors at the show, with a pavilion centered around the theme:

Bringing a cognitive edge to the skies and beyond

In a constantly evolving aerospace environment, Thales brings cognitive superiority to civil and military ecosystems by using artificial intelligence to support human intelligence, opening up new frontiers: a more sovereign space, better connected civil aviation and more collaborative defence.

Over the coming weeks, this page will be highlighting the technology and expertise that Thales is leveraging to meet the current and future challenges of its customers, from integrated air combat systems and connected cockpits to space observation for the monitoring of climate change and the optimisation of flight paths to reduce carbon emissions.

Below is a snapshot of Thales’ capabilities in six key numbers.

2/3
aircraft take off and land using Thales equipment
8,000+
navigation aids
50%
of ISS’ pressurized modules
300m+
passengers managed annually by Thales systems
10%
reduction in aircraft carbon emissions
100,000
service operations a year

The Thales pavilion at the Paris Air Show will allow visitors to discover the broad range of solutions we provide to support our customers and will be divided into three main areas: civil aviation, defence aeronautics and space.

The sections below give you a taster of what will be on display this year.

Civil aviation

Thales is preparing the technologies to build tomorrow's sustainable aviation, delivering solutions that connect the entire aviation ecosystem, always focusing on the main objective: transporting passengers from one airport to another in complete safety.

At Paris Air Show we will be demonstrating our advanced airport solutions, showing how we are building better skies, shaping the future of avionics, creating extraordinary flight experiences, and delivering premium global services.

Defence aeronautics

For more than half a century, Thales has been redefining the boundaries of aeronautics in the defence sector.

Our systems support ground-based and airborne operations, covering the full decision chain that enable forces to make the right decisions at the right time. Thales develops artificial intelligence solutions that provide an advantage over the enemy.

By placing innovation at the heart of its action, Thales provides cognitive superiority for the operational superiority of the armed forces.

Space

Thales Alenia Space is building tomorrow’s sustainable space with solutions to connect, observe, navigate, protect and explore.

At the Paris Air Show, we will showcase our latest innovations in environmental monitoring with Carb-Chaser, accurate navigation with LEO-PNT and Galileo, resilient multi-orbit connectivity, 5G satellite antennas, opitcal and radar observation with ALL-IN-ONE, and space exploration with Argonaut, the Lunar Multi-Purpose Habitat and ExoMars.
