Thales in the UK is proud to announce its participation in the upcoming Women in Business and Tech Expo hosted by Karren Brady on the 18-19 October at the Excel in London. At present, 23.3 per cent of Thales employees are women - a figure we are determined to increase. Thales in the UK understands that having a diverse workforce is essential for its continued success, which is why we are committed to doing whatever it takes to enable women to excel in their careers and continue to develop a more diverse workforce.
Alice Hardy, Talent Acquisition Partner, said "At Thales in the UK, we are committed to helping people grow, develop, and thrive in their careers. Recognising and addressing the barriers many women face to truly excel in their careers is important to us. We offer assistance and flexibility to support women's lifestyles and ambitions, and we can't wait to share more about the roles and opportunities we have available at all levels within Thales."
As well as hosting a stand, the team will be participating in a roundtable discussion and a thought leadership session.
